Eligibility
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. ELITE requires additional consent and may require a suitability review before acceptance.
Order and payment
An order is not approved merely by uploading proof. The coach reviews the transfer and capacity, then notifies the client of approval or rejection.
Subscription start and delivery
Program preparation begins after payment approval and assessment completion. The subscription counter starts only when final program delivery is confirmed.
Refunds
A refund review may be requested before payment approval and work begins. Once payment is approved and custom work has started, the order is non-refundable.
Freezing and communication
Freeze duration is set by the coach based on the situation. Daily follow-up, video review, and calls happen on WhatsApp; files and official status remain in the portal.
